healing sessions

all of my healing sessions are by request, there no application required but there will be a short questionnaire depending on which session you desire. these spaces are designed to offer gentle yet deep support for anyone who desires to step into my world of work. request a session here. *all healing sessions can be a ritual space by request - this would include smoke cleansing (mapacho or incense) & soft plant medicine potion or a cha dao tea ceremony add on

  • a facial focused session where the facial region of the body is met as a doorway to the soma - connection of mind, body, spirit. I utilize slow + detailed touch work, somatic exploration, and guided breath to support :

    • unwinding tension throughout body through fascial lines that run from face to feet

    • soften pain, tmj, jaw clenching, teeth grinding, headaches, neck tightness etc

    • melting effects of chronic stress + bracing patterns held within the body

    • unveil radiant skin, softening of facial features & wrinkles

    • feelings of rest, relaxation, and being held

    • ability to support emotional / energetic releases

    For those coming specifically for jaw pain/tension, tmj, teeth grinding, clenching, etc the option for intra oral work (hands in the mouth) & buccal massage is available.

  • a session designed to support dearmouring, unmasking, softening bracing, melting, and unwinding of physical / emotional / spiritual tension in the body, gently aid in emotional or trauma releases, activate parasympathetic nervous system state through trauma aware intuitive + devotional touch, loving + medicinal space holding, somatic awareness, and guided breath.

    sessions available as 90 minute, 2 hour, or 2.5 hour sessons.

  • A shamanic + somatic session woven together with shamanic tools, somatic awareness + guidance, devotional + intuitive touch that is guided by your multidimensional body - physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual body.

    available as 2 or 2.5 hour sessions

  • a decedent facial designed for pampering + nourishing your skin, nervous system, and yin. through a rhythmic flow of oil cleanse, hot towels, soothing botanical mask, intuitive massage, and plant medicine we will melt stress, relax your nervous system, and reveal radiant skin.

    available as 60 min, 90 min, or 120 min

  • a session devoted to working with the somatic intelligence of your wild body. supportive for mobilizing freeze, moving through blocks, thresholds, and edges, expansion of capacity for pleasure and pain, journeying with grief and/or rage, unwinding tension in the body. in somatic alchemy we utilize movement, breath, touch, and sound to meet, move, and unwind what the body is ready to.

    *please note that this is an active session, not one where you are laying on table receiving. There will be movement, sounding, and breath and at moments can be intense.

immersions

Immersions are a space for you to come to be deeply tended over hours, a day devoted just to you, where you can receive the exact medicine you are needing + desiring. All of my immersions are custom curated + artistically woven to meet you exactly where you are; no two spaces are the same. They are available as half day & full day experiences. Half day immersions are 4 hours & full day immersions are 7 hours. All immersions include plant medicine support, full day immersions have the option of weaving with master plants. For those interested in booking this experience for themselves we will have a free exploration call so I may see where you are at & I will have you fill out a questionnaire.

  • an immersion experience devoted to your healing, awakening, and becoming. Woven with plant medicine, shamanic + somatic soul midwifery (drum, song, touch, guidance, multidimensional tending), light body adjustment, song surgery, plant song (icaros), journey work, somatic alchemy, devotional touch. Please read ceremony section below for fuller description of how I approach ceremony work. Full day immersions can include master plants.

  • An immersion experience for those hearing the call of the rose. This immersion is custom curated to artfully craft a space for you to receive the exact medicine rose has waiting for you. They can include - rose tea ceremony, rose pelvic + womb steaming, intuitive + devotional touch, shamanic + somatic midwifing (as written in ceremony section, hot salt rose bath in deep soaking tub with artisanal well water, and option to add microdose on full day immersion.

    This rose medicine immersion can be more shamanic + ceremonial or more yin + soft nourishing relaxation. Depends on what you desire & what the rose is calling you in for :)

  • An immersion experience intentionally crafted to unwind patterns of stress, pain, bracing & tension in your soma, to deeply + deliciously nourish your yin, and create sacred space to soothe your nervous system. we create a custom unwinding experience based upon the desires + concerns you are bringing to our time together. our time together can include cha dao tea ceremony, soothing plant medicine, a blend of my healing sessions (descriptions written above), devotional intuitive touch, hot salt bath in artisanal well water, and option for microdose or cannabis oil on full day immersion.

  • a entirely custom curated immersion experience for those who do not fit into the container of the other immersion experiences. have something you’d like a day devoted to? reach out with your ideas, desires, and longings. examples can be grief tending, rage releases, creative retreat, sensuality opening, womb care, and more!

ceremony

all of my ceremonial offerings are custom curated + artistically woven to meet you exactly where you are. no two sessions are the same. People come to me for a wide range of reasons - pain body tending (emotional. physical, spiritual pain), grief care, navigating dark nights of the soul / descents, entering into the next level/layer of their reality, an embodied experience of the sacred, to support with their gifts opening, somatic + shamanic trauma processing/integration, dragon body expansion, to be met held + tended multidimensionally, and more. At the center of it is “what do you need or desire medicine for?”

My ceremonial spaces are my signature shamanic & somatic soul midwifery. This is deep, wide, and full spectrum healing work. I work by listening thoroughly to the subtle truth of the moment, midwifing what is exactly here + arising, attuning to you multidimensionally while holding devotion to the mystery of the moment to moment unfolding. I do not use a specific set modality, my ceremonial spaces are a weaving of my intuitive + psychic gifts, your embodied experience, and guidance from the soul & Divine realms. Ceremony work requires a through application process so that I can gather a solid picture of where you are, what you are desiring support with, and how I may best serve you. All of my ceremonial containers are a minimum three-part series - which includes an opening council session (for new clients), ceremonial session, and an integration session. this allows for full spectrum care & not an in and out experience.
