Relax & Radiate Facial
A facial designed to support both your skin & your nervous system. Through the weaving of deep oil cleanse with hot towels, a slow gentle rhythmic + intuitive facial massage on your décolletage, neck, face, jaw & scalp, nourishing mask, botanical facial oil, a quiet space with meditative music this facial will melt you into nervous system relaxation at a whole new level while promoting glowing radiant skin. This is a massage heavy, minimal product facial designed to melt tension, unwind stress, soften fascia + facial muscles, circulate blood flow + lymph, and soften + sculpt the face.
**This facial does not include steam, intense exfoliation, or extractions.

Jaw Release Session
A session devoted entirely to supporting the unwinding of tension within the jaw. Jaw tension, tightness, clenching, and grinding is a challenge many people are living with that can cause pain, physical + emotional discomfort, and accelerated aging. In this session, I create space to support the jaw in softening, releasing, and unwinding through gentle holds, slow massage on the jaw & lines of fascia + muscles that connect to the jaw (including neck, face, ear, scalp), and intra oral buccal massage. Intra oral buccal massage is a type of massage that works inside of the mouth (with gloves on) to more deeply support the release of tension by accessing muscles that can only be accessed inside the mouth. The jaw release sessions aids in nervous system relaxation, releasing emotional holding patterns, melting of tension in muscles + fascia (all of which contribute to why we carry jaw discomfort), to support the gentle release of the jaw.
**Contraindicated for those who have had recent botox, fillers, collagen treatments, and surgery.

Somatic Facial + Jaw Treatment
An facial focused session that tunes into your physical, energetic, and emotional system as a whole. Here the facial region of your body (décolletage, neck, face, jaw & scalp) is tended to as a doorway to your Soma (interconnection of your body-mind-spirit). Your tissues tell a story & I am here to listen to them + allow them to guide the way. This is an intimate therapeutic session that utilizes intuitive + loving touch to meet you exactly where you are. It can support:

Hi there! I am so happy you’re here. I am a devoted healing arts practitioner & holistic facialist who specializes in intuitive therapeutic touch, and creating spaces for people to slow down, soften, unwind, relax, and melt tension + stress. I have undergone varies studies in trauma informed practices, nervous system care, somatic integration, plant medicine, facial product + ingredients, and therapeutic touch modalities, all of which I weave into my sessions + facials.
All of the touch I offer is slow, gentle, often with lighter pressure, and attuned to the person laying on my table. This kind of touch is highly nourishing, therapeutic, and effective. Often we can think places of tension, stress, clenching need intense pressure/massage to unwind + release, but I have found that the tissues in the facial region respond much better with slow + gentle. We hold patterns of stress, tension, pain, emotions etc for a reason, my sessions + facials honor that reason. In my practice I use gentle + nourishing facial products from Kossma Beauty, a mother owned company that utilizes only the highest quality plant oils, animal fats, herbal + botanical extracts to support glowing hydrated skin + a healthy skin barrier.
In some of my facials + sessions I utilize gentle plant medicine in the form of flower essences & plant potions, when a client desires this. The plants support us on a physical, emotional, energetic, and soulful level. I have found weaving them into this touch work can support people in accessing deeper levels of healing & unwinding. Plant medicine is available as an add on to any of the facials + sessions. All plant medicines are made either by me or dear medicine women friends.
